"I've been with this office for...well a very long time. I've always been able to get help in a timely manner. I am the type to shop around for rates and they always have been able to keep me around with the rates they have provided me. I recently closed on my first home and the coverage/rates I received from them was quite a bit ahead of most that I looked at. I can't personally attest to their claims process outside of roadside assistance yet (knock on wood) but I won't deduct anything for that. I've needed to reach out quite a lot recently for various insurance needs and Alexis specifically has been a great help and very responsive.
